[CM1-711] As a CM/ER user, I want to have more understandable wording in the email sent to me

As a CM/ER user, I want to have more understandable wording in the email sent to me (email regarding new message) because this would make it clearer to me what the emails concerns.

 

It was confusing that the email said “Note” when a “Message” was sent. It has now been sent so it also say “Message” in the email.
