[CM1-670] As a user, I would like a “quick Do” functionality in the system
As a user, I would like a “quick Do” functionality in the system
because this would save me time when sending actions/tasks.
All fields on current Do action is not needed and the function should be easy accessible from wherever you are in the case.
A “Quick Do”-button has been placed in top right corner, next to Case Access button:
The Quick Do consists of less fields than an ordinary Do action in order to save time and clicks (only “Category” and “Responsible” are mandatory fields):
When a Quick Do has been created, it will show up in the list with Do actions on the Do tab.
