Upgraded Print function
During our Product Advisory Board, it was highlighted that the print function needs improvement. With this release, it is now possible to choose which parties/resources should be included in the print.
And it is also possible to have product information together with the products (4 pictures per row).
“Empty updates”
We have added a new checkbox for “Nothing Changed” to ER which the users can check if they need to resend the case to CaseMate. We have also added a cancel button to ER if the users open a case which has already been sent to CaseMate (this would cause empty updates). A new column with party/resource country has also been added to the import stage of external cases.
Product picture preview
A possibility to view product pictures directly from the product listing has been introduced. This was discussed during the last Product Advisory board and was viewed as a highly beneficial feature.

Highlights in the release:
Quick Do
During our Product Advisory Board, a need for a “Quick Do” functionality was raised. This has now been implemented and a button is placed in the top right corner in a case, next to Case Access button.
The Quick Do consists of less fields than an ordinary Do and is easy accessible from wherever you are in the case. It is saved as a normal Do action and can be found in the Do overview list.
Resource/Party column in ER
In the ER case overview, the user can now see the Resources/Parties listed in each case.
When hovering over, more information will be displayed about the resources/parties involved. The resources/parties can also be searched for in the quick search in order to find the correct case.
Highlighting of matching information
For more clear user feedback, the matching information has been highlighted in order to clearly show the user where the matching information is. If a search hit or matching resource/party is found because of Soundex (“sounds like”), then an ear symbol is placed (and highlighted) next to the hit to make it clear to the user why the hit appears in the list.
