Business development within the Brand Protection and International Anti Counterfeit sector is a specialised role. It therefore requires specific industry knowledge plus experience working on an international level, and preferably also a legal background.

 

Job description

  • Involve in pitching and presenting at boardroom level.
  • Generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales.
  • Business Development involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements.
  • Work on sales follow-up activities.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business is a key role.
  • Works independently and reach the sales goal. Closely collaborate with marketing and other team within the organisation.

 

Key skills and qualifications

  • A degree or equivalent qualification is recommended, but a proven background in business development may be sufficient.
  • A proven track record of business-to-business sales at a corporate level is essential.
  • English is the working language. Fluent in writing and speaking is a must. Preferably fluent in Swedish.
  • Strong research and strategic analysis, presentation skills.

  • Organize and implement product innovation, continuously optimize the product, complete the product requirements definition and prototype design, write PRD documents, participate in new product/function planning and follow up product design, development, testing, track the whole process; until system go live.

  • Manage the delivery process and accept the deliverables and make sure they are in line with clients’ requirements.

Project Manager/Project Coordinator

Job Description

Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short term (2-6 months) project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.

Responsibilities

Plan the project

  • Prepare and host project workshop with client, contribute the solution providing for client
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the project
  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Review the project schedule with client and senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required

 

Implement the project

  • Execute the project according to the project plan
  • Coordinate various resources internally in order to deliver the deliverables
  • Develop forms and records to document project activities
  • Set up files to ensure that all project information is appropriately documented and secured
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of the project
  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards

Education
